Prince of Wales Gardens

Prince of Wales Gardens is a development on Prince of Wales Drive, Battersea, SW8, featuring 839 new homes within buildings ranging in height from 9 to 26 storeys.

Avis Contracts were appointed to strip out an existing installation and carry out a full internal fit-out of the new Marketing Suite, including the M&E installation. Works included dry lining and partitioning, carpentry, decorating, and all floor finishes in conjunction with providing a complete management service.
