Grand Union Phase 2

Grand Union is a new canal side neighbourhood located close to Wembley. The development is expected to have 6 phases, with first completions in 2021 and completion of the entire scheme expected in 2038. Avis Contracts were appointed to strip out part of the existing Marketing Suite for Phase 2 and carry out a refit of the show apartments, including carpentry, dry fit of all sanitary fittings, ironmongery, and all floor finishes, in addition to providing a full management service.
