One of the most technically challenging residential amenity spaces delivered by Avis Contracts, these resident’s facilities showcased Avis’ ability to deliver complex, high-end joinery and carpentry solutions to an exceptional standard.

Avis’ scope of works included the installation of bespoke 5m-high oversized pivot door sets with integrated structural steel support frames, together with a striking 5m x 3m slatted timber glazed sliding door incorporating a bespoke steel subframe and specialist sliding gear. We also supplied and installed bespoke glazed walling, a reception desk, private lounge bar, TV units, feature shelving, and cement board wall finishes throughout the space.
