Grand Union Phase 1

Grand Union is a vibrant new canal side neighbourhood located close to Wembley.

Phase 1 comprises of 400 new apartments for sale and rent, 30% are affordable.

The development is expected to have 6 phases, with completion of the entire scheme expected in 2038.

Avis Contracts were appointed to supply and install the carpentry and joinery package and timber/laminate flooring to all plots and communal areas, in addition to bespoke joinery works within the entrance foyers and communal areas.
