Avis Contracts was appointed to complete the internal fit-out of the new Marketing Suite, providing a full management service throughout the works. The scope included carpentry, timber door sets, ironmongery, bespoke bathroom cabinetry, ceramic wall and floor tiling, and the installation of timber and soft floor finishes. All works were completed to a high standard, with careful coordination and attention to detail to ensure the project was delivered on programme and in line with St James’ requirements.
