The first residential amenity facility of its kind delivered by Avis Contracts, including the Level 11 Beach Club, basement cinema, and additional specialist package works. Our scope included the supply and installation of timber and metal door sets, ironmongery, and access control systems. We also delivered extensive bespoke joinery works, including an impressive stone-clad reception desk, timber wall panelling, specialist finish glass walls, and feature signage. Further works included bespoke metal and stone tables, booth seating, glass and metal dividing screens, bars, kitchens, islands, and shelving units. The project also incorporated cinema seating, acoustic panels, suspended flooring, mirror walls, nail and hair salon joinery, stone finishes, changing rooms, and bespoke seating areas. The project involved a wide range of specialist finishes and detailed installations, requiring close coordination and careful attention throughout the delivery process. We are extremely proud to have been part of such an exciting and unique project.
