Wood Wharf J1-J3 stands as a striking addition to the South Dock skyline, with two mixed-use towers reaching 34 and 49 storeys. The building is mixed-use, with retail space at the ground floor, residential amenities on the first floor, and residential apartments above.

Avis Contracts were awarded a £12.3 million contract to supply and install carpentry, bespoke joinery, and flooring for plots and amenities.

When finished, the development will provide 756 apartments across the two residential towers. The BTR apartments will be operated by CWG’s residential leasing arm, Vertus, and will be aimed at an intermediate rental level.
